By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Use of the website is permitted from the age of 18; minors must use the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia.

1. Products and Specifications

  • LLC “Skami” manufactures and sells both ready-made models and customized versions tailored to the customer’s needs, which may differ in color, size, surface shape, or fabric type. Customization is performed only within the range of models available in the Skami catalog.
  • Fully individual design or creation of new models is not available, except when the order volume exceeds small-batch production.
  • All products come with a quality guarantee, the terms and duration of which are determined by the specific model (see Section 6).

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are determined based on materials, volume, complexity, and delivery costs.
  • Payment methods:
    • Bank transfer;
    • Online card payment;
    • Cash on delivery.
  • Private customers are required to pay in full in advance.
  • Corporate orders may be paid in two installments — advance payment and payment before delivery.

3. Orders and Fulfillment Timeline

  • An order is considered placed upon payment. The customer receives an order confirmation document via email.
  • Production and delivery timelines are individual and agreed upon in writing at the time of order placement:
    • Standard, ready-made products: 4–7 calendar days;
    • Customized products: 14–21 calendar days;
    • Special orders: individually agreed upon.
  • In case of delay exceeding 5 business days, the customer is entitled to request compensation as stipulated in the contract or cancellation of the order.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Within Tbilisi:
    • Delivery is free for sets specifically marked on the website;
    • For other orders, delivery costs are determined based on address and quantity.
  • Regions: Delivery is carried out via Georgian Post or transport companies; costs are determined individually.
  • The delivery date is agreed upon with the customer in advance.
  • Upon receiving the order, the customer signs a delivery acceptance act, confirming that the order fully complies with the specifications.
  • After delivery, responsibility for the product’s condition transfers to the customer.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Ready-made models: The customer may return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized products (color, fabric, size, shape) are non-returnable, except in the following cases:
    • The product does not match the ordered specifications (different color, fabric, shape, model, or size);
    • There is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transportation.
  • In such cases, the customer must:
    • Provide photo or video evidence within 3 business days of receipt;
    • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • If the issue is confirmed, the product will be replaced or fully refunded within 7–21 business days.
  • Shipping costs: In case of company fault, return shipping is covered by LLC “Skami”; otherwise — by the customer.

6. Warranty

  • LLC “Skami” provides a warranty on all products for a minimum of 24 months from the date of receipt.
  • Under warranty, the company is obligated to repair or replace the product free of charge if a manufacturing defect or material flaw is identified.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage caused by the customer;
    • Improper use or unqualified assembly;
    • Environmental conditions exceeding standard household use (e.g., outdoor placement, humidity, direct sunlight);
    • Natural wear and tear during normal use.
  • Warranty service requires presentation of the order confirmation document (invoice, electronic confirmation).
  • Post-warranty service is available by mutual agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LLC “Skami”‘s maximum liability to the customer, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the specific order.
  • The company is not liable for indirect damages, including: lost revenue, third-party claims, or other consequential losses.
  • The company assumes no responsibility for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, text, designs, graphics, and other materials on the website are the intellectual property of LLC “Skami”.
  • Their commercial use is permitted only with the company’s prior written consent.
  • Non-commercial, personal use (e.g., sharing on social media) is allowed with proper attribution.

9. Personal Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • Personal information provided by the customer (name, ID number, phone, address, email) is used solely for the following purposes:
    • Contract fulfillment;
    • Order processing and delivery;
    • Payment settlement;
    • Marketing communications (only with the customer’s consent).
  • The customer may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in emails or by sending a request to info@skami.ge.
  • Data is shared with third parties only:
    • In cases prescribed by law;
    • With delivery companies — only the information necessary for order fulfillment.
  • The customer has the right to request access to, update, or deletion of their data.
  • LLC “Skami” does not share the customer’s personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

10. Cookie Policy

    • Pandemics and health-related restrictions;
    • Actions by government or local authorities;
    • Transportation restrictions.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • The company seeks to resolve all disputes amicably. Customer complaints are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Disputes may be resolved through external mediation or arbitration; in such cases, the Tbilisi Chamber of Commerce and Industry may serve as the mediation center.
  • If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved under the applicable laws of Georgia, in the relevant court of Tbilisi.

15. Changes to Terms

  • LLC “Skami” reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • In case of significant changes, customers will be notified via email or a notice on the website.
  • Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
  • Previously placed orders are subject to the terms in effect at the time of placement, unless otherwise agreed.
