Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to know all the details about your rights when purchasing from us
As a customer, you have the right to return a ready-made product within 14 calendar days of receipt free of charge.
Return conditions: the product must be unused, in undamaged condition, and in its original packaging.
A full refund will be processed within 7–21 business days upon confirmation of the return.
Custom products — where color, fabric, size, or shape have been changed — are not subject to standard returns.
Returns are possible only in the following cases:
Specification Mismatch
The product does not match the ordered specifications — different color, fabric, shape, model, or size.
Manufacturing Defect or Transport Damage
The product has a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during transportation.
Please verify all details carefully when placing a personalized order — color, fabric, size, and model.
If you discover a defect, the customer must:
Submit Photo/Video Evidence
Send photo and video evidence within 3 business days of receipt to info@skami.ge or via messenger.
Product Condition
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Review & Resolution
If the issue is confirmed, the product will be replaced or fully refunded within 7–21 business days.
In case of company fault (specification mismatch, manufacturing defect, transport damage) — return shipping costs are fully covered by "Skami".
In other cases — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Costs must be agreed upon in advance.
"Skami" protects customer interests even after purchase. If a price reduction is announced on a product you purchased within 4 weeks of delivery, the price difference will be fully refunded — as a refund to your account, reflecting "Skami's" philosophy of product excellence.
Upon receiving your order, the customer signs a delivery acceptance act, confirming that the order fully matches the specifications. After signing, the product's condition becomes the customer's responsibility.
Please inspect the product upon delivery — verify color, size, fabric, and overall condition. Any issues must be noted in the acceptance act.
All products come with a minimum 24-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover: physical damage, improper use or assembly, conditions exceeding standard household use, and natural wear and tear during normal use.
For warranty service, presentation of the order confirmation document is required.
