Regional delivery is carried out via Georgian Post or transport companies. Delivery costs are determined individually and are communicated in advance to the customer before the order is confirmed.
The delivery date is always agreed upon in advance with the customer.
Delivery costs can be paid upon delivery — both in Tbilisi, Batumi, and in the regions. The exact cost is communicated in advance to the customer during order confirmation.
Product cost is paid separately in advance. Delivery payment is at our cost.
For certain products, assembly is included in the delivery cost. In other cases, the customer will be informed in advance.
Order Confirmation
Upon order confirmation, the customer is informed about the expected delivery date in advance via phone or email.
Date Agreement
The exact delivery date is always agreed upon with our team — the agreed date is confirmed at least 2-3 days in advance.
Delivery & Assembly
Our team delivers to the specified address, carefully unpacks and, if necessary, assembles the furniture. If the elevator doesn't function or the delivery requires carrying above the 2nd floor, additional stair delivery charges may apply.
Acceptance & Payment
Inspect the product and sign the delivery acceptance act.
Flexible Scheduling
If the agreed time is no longer suitable for the customer, it is possible to reschedule the delivery for a convenient time.
Advance Notification
Before the delivery date, we notify the customer at least 1 business day in advance.
Free Repackaging
In unexpected situations where additional packaging is needed for another order, repackaging is available free of charge — always prioritizing customer service.
